Terms of Service

By accessing or using Routezy, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before creating an account or using Routezy's services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Routezy mobile application, website or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age otherwise required by applicable law, to create and use a Routezy account.

By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are eligible to use the service.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Activity occurring through your account.
• Keeping your account information reasonably accurate.
• Notifying Routezy if you become aware of unauthorised access to your account.

Passenger accounts may be self-registered where Routezy permits it. Driver, conductor or other operational accounts may require approval or creation by an authorised administrator.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Routezy for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems.
• Interfere with, overload or disrupt the service.
• Submit false or deliberately misleading transport or location data.
• Abuse promotional credits, referrals, advertisements or reward systems.
• Manipulate payment, reward, referral or wallet mechanisms to obtain unauthorised benefits.

5. Wallet and Promotional Credits

Routezy may provide promotional credits that can be purchased or earned through eligible Routezy activities such as rewards, referrals or other promotions.

Promotional credits:

• Are intended only for eligible use within Routezy.
• Are not a bank deposit or stored cash account.
• Have no cash-withdrawal or cash-out right through Routezy.
• Are non-transferable unless Routezy explicitly provides otherwise.
• May expire where an expiry condition is clearly disclosed.

Routezy may reverse, withhold or revoke promotional credits obtained through fraud, abuse, technical exploitation or a violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

6. Purchases and Payments

Eligible Routezy services or promotional credits may be purchased using an approved third-party payment provider such as Razorpay.

Prices, credit quantities and applicable terms are determined by the Routezy service at the time of purchase. A payment provider may apply its own terms, verification requirements or availability restrictions.

A payment is not considered to have granted a Routezy entitlement until Routezy has verified the relevant payment and processed the applicable entitlement.

7. Advertising and Rewarded Ads

Routezy may display advertisements, including optional rewarded advertisements.

Reward eligibility is determined by Routezy's verified reward rules and applicable advertising-provider evidence. Merely opening, attempting or interrupting an advertisement does not necessarily create a reward.

Advertising availability may depend on privacy choices, geographic region, network availability, provider inventory and applicable law.

8. Location Services

Routezy uses device location for features such as live transport tracking where required.

Certain authorised roles may require foreground or background location permission while tracking is active. You may withdraw device location permission through your operating-system settings, although doing so may disable relevant Routezy functionality.

9. Transport Information

Route, location, estimated arrival and other transport information may depend on GPS accuracy, network connectivity, operator data and other external conditions.

Routezy does not guarantee that estimated arrival times, live positions or route information will always be exact or continuously available.

10. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of Routezy. Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages, connectivity problems or other operational conditions.

Routezy may modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any commitments that expressly apply.

11. Intellectual Property

Routezy's software, branding, interface, content and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws except where third-party rights apply.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Routezy intellectual property to you.

12. Suspension and Termination

Routezy may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security incidents, abuse, legal requirements or material violations of these Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Routezy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including reliance on estimated transport information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Routezy Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Routezy evolves. The updated version will be published with a revised "Last updated" date.

Where appropriate, users may also be notified of material changes through Routezy.
